Michelle Garb has been performing on the college circuit for 12 years. First as a stand-up comedian and then as a lecturer. Her autobiographical eating disorder/body image lecture “Fat Brain/Skinny Body” has been seen on college and high school campuses all across the country and in Canada.

She received rave reviews from the National Eating Disorder Association and has been a presenter at many eating disorder conventions. Once she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, Michelle realized that there was yet another avenue to educate and inspire students.

Her background as a New York City comedian gave her the chops to make people laugh and her extensive research and personal experience give her the compassion to deal with difficult subject matters in a sensitive way. Based out of Los Angeles, Michelle loves to travel and has a nice collection of hotel toiletry lotions.
